Banco Indusval & Partners (“BI&P”), headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, is a commercial bank serving small- and mid-sized enterprises (“SMEs”) with total assets of over R$4.2 billion (US$1.7 billion). The company supports its SME clients by providing short-term working capital loans, trade finance, import/export lending, agriculture financing and investment banking services. BI&P operates 10 branches, with more than 430 employees, and is publicly-traded on the Bovespa Stock Exchange (IDVL4). Warburg Pincus first invested in BI&P in 2011.
