Jeffrey Goldfaden is based in Hong Kong, joined the firm's New York office in 2004 and is a member of the firm’s consumer, industrial and services team focusing on opportunities in Australasia, North Asia and Southeast Asia. Mr. Goldfaden has been involved with the firm’s investments in Aramark Corporation, Jarden Corporation, Scotsman Industries and The Neiman Marcus Group, and has served as a director of Eagle Family Foods, Scotsman Industries and Transpacific Industries. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldfaden was an investment professional at UBS Capital Americas and Hudson River Capital, both of which are middle-market private equity firms. Prior to joining Hudson River Capital, Mr. Goldfaden was an investment banker in the leveraged and syndicated finance group at Chase Securities. He received a B.A. magna cum laude in history from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
