Jeffrey Goldfaden is a member of the firm’s CIS team in Asia. He joined the firm’s New York office in early 2004 and focused primarily on the CIS sector. Mr. Goldfaden is a director of Scotsman Industries. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Goldfaden was an investment professional at UBS Capital Americas and Hudson River Capital, both of which are middle-market private equity firms. Prior to joining Hudson River Capital in 1996, Jeffrey was an investment banker in the leveraged and syndicated finance group at Chase Securities. Jeffrey received a B.A. magna cum laude in history from Dartmouth College in 1994 and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2001.
