E. Davisson (Dave) Hardman joined Warburg Pincus in 2007. He is based in New York and leads the firm’s global real estate investment activities. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Hardman was a managing director at Morgan Stanley, where he most recently led U.S. real estate investing and previously real estate investing in Asia. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and served on active duty as an infantry officer in the United States Army.
