Patrick T. Hackett heads the TMT team at Warburg Pincus. Prior to joining the firm in 1990, he was the vice president of Cove Capital Associates, a private merchant banking partnership, and previously a partner with private equity firm, Acadia Partners. Mr. Hackett graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in chemistry, and holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a director of Bridgepoint Education, New Breed Logistics, Nuance Communications and Yodlee. In addition, Mr. Hackett serves as a trustee on the board of Trinitas Health & Regional Medical Center.
