Sean D. Carney joined Warburg Pincus in 1996 and focuses on investments in medical devices and financial services. He received an A.B. in economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Carney was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Carney is a director of Aeolus, Arch Capital Group, Bausch & Lomb, DexCom, Keystone Dental, NuLens and Tornier.
