Sean D. Carney joined Warburg Pincus in 1996 and focuses on investments in healthcare services and medical devices. He received an A.B. in economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Carney was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Carney is a director of Adlens Beacon, Aeolus Re, Arch Capital Group, Bausch & Lomb, CCS Medical, Constitution Medical, Keystone Dental, Lifecore Biomedical, NuLens and Tornier.
