Ruchika Sethi joined Warburg Pincus in 2007 to lead the firm's real estate investment activities in India. She brings nine years of experience in Asian real estate. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus she was the Co-Country Head for ProLogis in India, where she was responsible for acquisitions, development, leasing and public relations. Ms. Sethi was based in New York as National Director, Asia Pacific Investments for Colliers International, where she advised U.S.-based real estate funds on acquisition, underwriting, foreign investment restrictions, investment forms/special purpose vehicles and transferability of assets within the Asia Pacific region. Ms. Sethi received her MBA from the University of Chicago where she received the Centre for Research in Security Prices (CRSP) Award, the highest honor conferred by the University of Chicago for excellence in Finance.
