Steven G. Glenn is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2007 and is responsible for coordinating global tax structuring across the firm’s investment portfolio and related accounting matters. He also leads the efforts within the finance team to assist portfolio companies with discount purchasing. Prior to joining the firm, he was a tax partner in Ernst & Young’s transaction advisory services group. Mr. Glenn, a Certified Public Accountant, received a B.S. from Binghamton University, an M.S. from SUNY Albany and a J.D. from Fordham University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is actively involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey.
