Steven G. Glenn joined Warburg Pincus in 2007. He is responsible for coordinating global tax structuring across the firm's investment portfolio. Prior to joining the firm, he was a tax partner in Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services Group. Mr. Glenn, a certified public accountant, received a B.S. from Binghamton University, an M.S. from SUNY Albany and a J.D. from Fordham University. He currently serves as the treasurer for the Make A Wish Foundation of New Jersey.
