Frank Z. Wei joined Warburg Pincus in 2002. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Wei was with renren.com, a Chinese internet company, worked in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, and prior to that worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Shanghai. Mr. Wei received a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. He is a director of RCS Group Company Ltd.
