Steven G. Schneider leads fund-raising and investor relations activities at Warburg Pincus and he is actively engaged in the firm’s strategic planning. Mr. Schneider joined Warburg Pincus in 1997 to establish the Capital Markets group. He held a series of senior positions in investment banking and corporate finance at Bank of America in the 12 years prior to joining Warburg Pincus. Mr. Schneider graduated with honors from the McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia, where he serves as a member of the Advisory Board.
