Kelli Parsons serves as the firm's head of global communications and marketing. She leads strategic communications, which includes public relations, government relations, internal communications and marketing communications. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in November 2008, Parsons was executive vice president and general manager at Hill & Knowlton and a member of the firm's worldwide executive management committee. During her 10-year tenure with the global public relations and public affairs consultancy, Parsons served as technology practice director, corporate practice director, global client leader and, most recently, as general manager of the firm's New York and Washington, DC offices. Earlier in her career, Parsons was an award-winning television news reporter covering business, politics and breaking news. She earned degrees from Murray State University and Northwestern University Medill Graduate School of Journalism and was appointed as a trustee of the Murray State University Foundation board.
