Timothy J. Curt, the firm's Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for financial administration and treasury functions at Warburg Pincus. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, he was a tax partner with Ernst & Young and a member of its mergers and acquisitions services group. Mr. Curt, a certified public accountant, received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Connecticut and an M.S. in taxation from Pace University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Executives Institute and the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council.
