Timothy J. Curt, chief financial officer, is responsible for all financial administration and treasury functions at Warburg Pincus. Mr. Curt also is a member of the firm’s executive management group. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, he was a tax partner with Ernst & Young and a member of its mergers and acquisitions services group. Mr. Curt, a Certified Public Accountant, received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Connecticut and an M.S. in taxation from Pace University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.
