Jeremy S. Young formerly ran the firm’s healthcare, then business services/TMT activities in Europe. Currently, he is responsible for the firm’s activities in German-speaking countries and the investments in MACH and WNS, as well as previously leading the firm’s fundraising and investor relations activities in Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Young joined Warburg Pincus in 1992 and is based in London and Frankfurt. Previously, he held positions at Baxter Healthcare International, Booz Allen Hamilton International and Cellular Transplants/Cytotherapeutics. He received a B.A. in English from Cambridge University and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. He is a director of MACH, FiberNet Communications, Powerwind GMBH and WNS. Mr. Young also serves on the board of the Haemophilia Society.
