Adarsh Sarma joined Warburg Pincus in 2005 and focuses on TMT investments in business services, education and financial technology. Prior to joining the firm, he was a principal at ChrysCapital, a private equity fund focused on India. Previously, Mr. Sarma was vice president of strategic alliances at Radiowave, a technology start-up funded by Warburg Pincus, Intel and Motorola. Prior to that, he worked at McCown De Leeuw, a leveraged buyout fund and at Merrill Lynch & Co. He received a B.A. from Knox College, Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. Sarma is a director of Alert Global Media, Bridgepoint Education and MLM Information Services.
