James Neary leads the firm’s late-stage efforts in the technology and business services sectors in the U.S. From joining the firm in 2000 to 2004, Mr. Neary led the firm’s capital markets efforts and, from 2004 to 2010, he was co-head of the TMT investment efforts in the U.S. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Neary was a managing director at Chase Securities and worked in the leveraged finance group at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Neary received a B.A. in economics and political science from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was the Eugene Lerner Finance Scholar. He is chairman of Endurance International Group and a director of Alert Global Media, Coyote Logistics, FIS, and Interactive Data Corporation. Mr. Neary is also on the Board of Trustees of the Brearley School in New York City and of Continuum Health Partners. He is also a member of the Director’s Council at the Whitney Museum in New York City. |
