Alex Berzofsky has been with Warburg Pincus since 2000. He is focused on investments in the logistics, technology and business services sectors. Mr. Berzofsky is a director of Coyote Logistics, Facility Source, New Breed, TradeCard, Benchmark and GlobalSpec. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was part of the mergers and acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Berzofsky received a B.A. in economics from Harvard University.
