Rajiv A. Ghatalia focuses on the firm’s leveraged buyout, special situations and financial services investments in Asia. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2005, he served as a partner and co-head of investment banking for Goldman Sachs in Asia Pacific (excluding Japan). Mr. Ghatalia received a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in accounting from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a director of Titan Group Investment Limited and Transpacific Industries Group Ltd.
