Rajiv A. Ghatalia focuses on the firm’s leveraged buy-out and special situations activities including financial services in Asia. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2005, he was at Goldman Sachs, where he was a partner and co-head of investment banking, Asia Pacific (excluding Japan). Mr. Ghatalia received a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in accounting from The Wharton School and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a director of Nikko Asset Management.
