Rajiv A. Ghatalia focuses on the firm’s leveraged buy-out, special situations and financial services investments in Asia. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2005, he served as a partner and co-head of investment banking for Goldman Sachs in Asia Pacific (excluding Japan). Mr. Ghatalia received a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in accounting from The Wharton School and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a director of Nikko Asset Management.
