Elizabeth H. Weatherman joined Warburg Pincus in 1988 and leads the firm's investment activities in the healthcare sector. She also serves as a member of the Executive Management Group. Ms. Weatherman currently serves on the board of directors of seven companies, including Bausch & Lomb; ev3; Tornier, and PhotoThera. She has also served on the board of the National Venture Capital Association. Ms. Weatherman received a B.A. summa cum laude in English from Mount Holyoke College in 1982 and holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
