David Hui Li joined Warburg Pincus in 2002. He received an M. B. A. from the Yale School of Management and a B.S. in Economics from Renmin University of China. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Li was an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in Hong Kong, and a Vice President and an Associate in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in Hong Kong and New York. Mr. Li is a director of Kasen International Holdings and Tulip Media.
