David Hui Li joined Warburg Pincus in 2002. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Li was an executive director of Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division in Hong Kong, and a vice president and an associate of Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division in Hong Kong and New York. He received an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and a B.S. in economics from Remin University of China. He is a director of Kasen International Holdings and Tulip Media.
