Peter R. Kagan has been with Warburg Pincus since 1997 and works
primarily with the firm’s portfolio investments in the energy sector.
Mr. Kagan received an A.B. degree from Harvard College and J.D. and
M.B.A. degrees from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining Warburg
Pincus, he worked in investment banking at Salomon Brothers in both New
York and Hong Kong. Mr. Kagan is currently on the board of directors of
Antero Resources, Broad Oak Energy, Fairfield Energy, Laredo Petroleum,
MEG Energy, Targa Resources, Targa Resources Partners L.P. and
Universal Space Network.
