Scott A. Arenare has been with Warburg Pincus since 1998 and coordinates legal and administrative matters as the firm’s general counsel. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he practiced corporate and securities law at the firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Mr. Arenare received a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal and is currently on the Board of Visitors. He is a member of the bar in New York and the District of Columbia.
