Scott A. Arenare is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 1998 and coordinates legal and administrative matters as the firm’s general counsel. Mr. Arenare also is a member of the firm’s executive management group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he practiced corporate and securities law at the firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York. Mr. Arenare received a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal and is currently on the Board of Visitors. He is a member of the bar in New York and the District of Columbia.
