Scott A. Arenare has been with Warburg Pincus since 1998 and coordinates legal and administrative matters as the firm's general counsel. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he practiced at the law office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York. Mr. Arenare received a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal and is currently on the board of the law alumni association. He is a member of the bar in New York and the District of Columbia and also serves on the Committee on Private Investment Funds of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
