Danli Wang is based in Shanghai, first joined Warburg Pincus in 2009 and returned in 2018. She focuses on investments in the healthcare sector in China. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Danli worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking Division focusing on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions in China. She is a Director of HTDK and ZSM Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Danli received a BS in Finance from Peking University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
