Stephanie Geveda is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2010 and focuses on investments in the industrial and business services sectors. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mrs. Geveda worked as an investment professional at Silver Lake Partners, Fox Paine & Company, and J.P. Morgan Partners, where she has focused on private equity transactions including leveraged buyouts, growth equity and venture investment opportunities across a wide range of industries. She began her career working in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division where she advised companies in the media and communications industries focused on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring transactions. Mrs. Geveda has been involved in the firm’s investments in ARAMARK, Electronic Funds Source, WEX, Endurance International Group, Sterigenics, Hygiena, and CROSSMARK. She currently serves on the boards of Hygiena, Sterigenics and CROSSMARK. Mrs. Geveda is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.B.A. in Finance and Economics, Summa Cum Laude, Beta Gamma Sigma). She also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School where she graduated as a George F. Baker Scholar.
