Jeffrey Goldfaden covers the Asia-Pacific region from both Hong Kong and Sydney, Australia. He joined the firm’s New York office in early 2004 and relocated to the firm’s Hong Kong office in 2010 to focus on investment opportunities in a range of industry segments in the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Goldfaden was previously a member of the firm’s Consumer, Industrial and Services team, has been involved with the firm’s investments in Aramark Corporation, Jarden Corporation, Scotsman Industries and The Neiman Marcus Group, and previously served on the board of directors of Eagle Family Foods and Scotsman Industries. He is currently a director of Transpacific Industries. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Goldfaden was an investment professional at UBS Capital Americas and Hudson River Capital, both of which are middle-market private equity firms. Prior to joining Hudson River Capital in 1996, Mr. Goldfaden was an investment banker in the leveraged and syndicated finance group at Chase Securities. He received a B.A. magna cum laude in History from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
