Patrick T. Hackett is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 1990 and is co-head of the technology, media and telecommunications team. Mr. Hackett also is a member of the firm’s executive management group. Previously, he was the vice president of Cove Capital Associates, a private merchant banking partnership, and prior to that a partner with private equity firm, Acadia Partners. Mr. Hackett is a director of Bridgepoint Education, New Breed Logistics, Nuance Communications and Yodlee. In addition, he serves as a trustee on the board of Trinitas Health and Regional Medical Center. Mr. Hackett graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in chemistry, and holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
