Lars Singbartl is head of the firm's Frankfurt office, joined Warburg Pincus in 2005 and focuses on growth and technology-related investments. Over the past eight years, he has managed the investment and exit of easycash Group, and Kontron AG, where he serves as a member of the Supervisory Board. He has also been responsible for Warburg Pincus’ investment in United Internet AG as well as the exit of MACH. Prior to joining the firm, he spent five years at his own mergers and acquisitions firm, Corporate Finance Partners, focusing on communication and technology transactions. Major clients included Verisign, Jamba, GTS/Esprit Telecom and KKR. He also worked at UBS Warburg in London and Rothschild in Frankfurt. Mr. Singbartl holds a B.A. in information technology from European Business School and a B.A. in business administration from Hagen University.
