David Li

David Li is based in Beijing, joined Warburg Pincus in 2002 and is responsible for the firm’s investment activities in China. Mr. Li also is a member of the firm’s executive management group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Li was an executive director in the investment banking divisions of Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. He is a director of China Auto Rental Holdings, Jiangsu Kidswant Industry, Cubic City (China) Service Apartment Group, D.Tong Insurance Sales & Service and Synutra International. Mr. Li received a B.S. in economics from Renmin University of China and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
