Warburg Pincus invested with Raycom through the Olive City project in 2005. Raycom is developing the large mid-end residential project located in the Wangjing submarket of Beijing sitting on approximately 30 acres and is conveniently located near major transportation links. When complete, Olive City will have a total gross floor area of 4.3 million square feet comprised of 2,300 apartment units and 770,000 square feet of retail space. Raycom is part of the Legend Holdings Group, which includes Lenovo.
