RDA, headquartered in Shanghai, China, is a leading fabless radio
frequency (RF) semiconductor design company in China. RDA was
co-founded by Warburg Pincus and Vincent Tai, the founding C.E.O. and a
seasoned technology executive. Led by a world class technical team from
Silicon Valley, RDA designs RF semiconductors to address a broad range
of applications including 2G cellular, wireless local loop and 3G
cellular. Warburg Pincus invested in RDA in 2005.
