Spectrum K12 School Solutions, formerly 4GL School Solutions, is the

professional development for teachers and administrators of special

critical issue particularly plaguing large urban school districts:
compliance with complex special education and other individualized
education requirements. When Warburg Pincus provided growth financing
in 2001, Spectrum's senior management team had already been partnering
