Alysis Technologies, formerly IA Corporation, is a leader in electronic
bill and statement presentment, enabling clients to transform their
paper-based operations into digital "business intelligence." Alysis
transforms customer documents and business intelligence into electronic
information repositories in order to offer internet-based services,
promote one-to-one marketing and enhance the customer experience.
Alysis provides electronic bill payment and presentment ("EBPP")
software that draws on and extend existing systems, enabling companies
to leverage existing processes over the internet rather than completely
rebuilding them. Alysis has strategic partnerships with Sun and Pitney
Bowes, which resells its EBPP solutions. Warburg Pincus provided
capital to facilitate the management buyout of Alysis in July 1992 and
provided additional growth capital in July 1999.
