IMB Group is a leading pure-play mortgage bank and sales finance lending business in Ukraine. Founded in 2005, the company sells home acquisition and home equity loans, and sales finance loans through a nationwide network of over 380 point of sale agents. Warburg Pincus invested $43m of growth capital into the company as part of a $100m equity financing round in June 2007.
