Coyote, located in Chicago, Illinois, and founded in 2006, is a fast-growing provider of truckload brokerage services. The company utilizes an asset-light model to contract truckload shipments between shipping customers and trucking companies without directly owning any trucks. The company was founded by Jeff Silver, former COO of American Backhaulers, the second largest truck broker prior to its acquisition by CH Robinson, the leader in the space. The company operates in North America and Europe and currently has more than 200 employees.
