Warburg Pincus acquired MACH in August 2005 and has since worked to strengthen the management team, introduce new services and build the business globally. The company has completed a number of acquisitions, such as Roaming Service Bureau (RSB) business from WorldCell which enabled MACH to offer inter-standard roaming capabilities and most recently the German telecommunications software provider Optel Informatik, a specialist in the provision of fraud management and revenue assurance solutions for communication service providers worldwide. The company is well positioned to benefit from the continued growth and evolution of the telecommunications and wireless industry globally.
