CCS Medical is a nationwide direct-to-home provider of diabetes supplies, name brand medical supplies and prescription medications for Medicare and private insurance patients. Warburg Pincus invested in CCS Medical in 2005 in conjunction with its acquisition of MP Totalcare. The two companies were combined to create a market leader in home-delivery of diabetes and other medical supplies in the United States.
