JHP, headquartered in New Jersey, is a fully integrated specialty pharmaceutical company that acquires, develops, manufactures and sells sterile injectable products. JHP sells fourteen branded products primarily to hospitals, including Aplisol, used in diagnostic tests for tuberculosis; Dantrium, the only treatment for malignant hyperthermia; and Brevital, a fast-acting anesthetic. The company operates a high-quality sterile manufacturing facility in Rochester, Michigan and is focused on growing through developing and commercializing a portfolio of generic injectable drugs. Warburg Pincus first invested in JHP in 2012.
