In August 2013, Seamless and GrubHub merged to create GrubHub Seamless (later renamed GrubHub). In April 2014, GrubHub and listed on the NYSE (NYSE: GRUB). Today, GrubHub has offices in Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City and London.
