Intime Department Store, headquartered in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang province, China, is an investment holding company that engages in the operation and management of department stores in China. As of June 2012, it operated and managed a total of 29 department stores, including 18 department stores located in principal cities within Zhejiang province, six department stores located in Hubei province , two stores located in Shaanxi province and one store in each of Beijing, Hebei and Anhui province. Warburg Pincus initially invested in Intime Department Store in 2005 when it had only three department stores.
