David Sreter is based in New York and joined Warburg Pincus in 2015. He is responsible for transaction structuring across the firm’s investment portfolio as well as related operational matters. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was a Partner at Ernst & Young where he led the Global and Americas Transaction Tax business and specialized in structuring domestic and cross-border transactions. He is a member of the tax sections of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. David received a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and his JD / LLM (Taxation) degrees from the New York University School of Law.
