Lynn Lin is based in Beijing, joined Warburg Pincus in 2012 as the vice president of information technology of North Asia. Ms. Lin is responsible for IT due diligence in the region and portfolio companies’ management improvement by leveraging information technologies. Ms. Lin has over 18 years of IT experience in applications and infrastructure design, build and operation management. Before joining Warburg Pincus, Ms. Lin worked at Nexda consulting and information technology service corporation as the general manager. Previously, she worked for Lenovo as the executive director of IT global infrastructure services and played a key role in Lenovo’s infrastructure service separation from IBM. Prior to Lenovo, Ms. Lin was the North Asia IT director for Motorola, where she helped to enable Motorola’s sales channel management, CRM, and service network management capability in the region. Ms. Lin graduated from Tsinghua University with a B.S. degree in Physics and from University of Notre Dame with a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.
