Michael C. Ding is based in San Francisco, joined Warburg Pincus in 2016 and focuses on Technology investments. He is a Board Director of WebPT, Procare and Experity, as well as Board Observer at Modernizing Medicine. Previously, Mr. Ding worked in Private Equity investing at TPG Capital in San Francisco and Public Equity investing at Viking Global Investors in New York. Mr. Ding began his career at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division, advising technology companies on Capital Raising as well as Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Ding is a Board Member at the Stanford Club of San Francisco and an Advisory Council Member for the Asian Pacific Fund. He received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he graduated valedictorian, as well as his B.S. in Mathematical and Computational Science from Stanford University.
